The Moravian Museum gradually opens

Dear Visitors, we open gradually our temporary and permanent exhibitions and the premises of the Moravian Museum.


Currently open:

 ● Permanent exhibition Great Moravia

 ● Permanent exhibition Moravia in Middle Ages

 ● Permanent exhibition Central European Crossroad

 ● Permanent exhibition Fauna of Moravia

 ● The whole Mendelianum

 ● All permanent exhibitions in Anthropos Pavilion

 ● The whole Leoš Janáček Memorial


Since 30 May 2020:

 ● The Old Castle in Jevišovice

 ● Memorial of the Kralice Bible

 ● Zoological storeroom in the Castle of Budišov

 ● Centre for Slavonic Archaeology in Uherské Hradiště


Further permanent exhibitions in Dietrichstein Palace and Bishop's Court will be opened gradually after their cleaning and renovation of the premises. Please check our website.

Security measures:

Visitors may enter the museum solely with a mask and must keep security distance (at least 2 m, with the exception of members of one household). The number of visitors will be regulated and hand disinfection has to be done at the entrance. For the payment of entrance fee the contactless payment is preferred (for souvenirs only contactless payment is accepted). Thank you for understanding.
