Robert Hliněnský: Sound

The exhibition  takes place in the premises of Leoš Janáček Memorial from 21 October to 4 December 2016.

Admission: regular 30 CZK, reduced 15 CZK, family 75 CZK

Opening hours: Tuesday 9 a.m-3 p.m., Wednesday-Friday 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 1-6 p.m.

Robert Hliněnský (1908-1979) is one of the most remarkable painters that have ever worked in Brno. Since the early 1940s  he has painted Brno outskirts, his pictures are – similar to paintings of authors of the Group 42 – imbued with existential hidden meaning.
