Research activities:

  • According to the following the staff members' specialization
  • Co-operation with the internationale database of musical sources RISM – Répertoire Interational des Sources Musicales, cf.: rism.ub.uni-frankfurt.de. The CD-Rom with RISM database is available in the sudy room.
  • First stage of the long-term project of the comprehensive critical edition of Leos Janack's correspondence – in co-operation with the Institute of Music Science /Philosophical Faculty of the Masaryk University and Leos Janacek Foundation
  • Preparation of thematic catalogues of the collections of sheets of music from the 18th and 19th centuries
  • Gradually digitization of sheets of music, writings and archives related to Leos Janacek
